Recognizes a Credit Union that has been with myCUmortgage for less than one year and achieved outstanding results. When applying for this award, your Credit Union should have improved your processes and increased your number of members helped with mortgage loans since joining myCUmortgage.

Recognizes a Credit Union Mortgage Loan Originator who has had outstanding results. This award is not necessarily for the originator who closed the most loans, but rather had a successful year in terms of helping members with homeownership through new efforts.

Recognizes a CU Select Level Credit Union for outstanding efforts and results achieved by developing and maintaining a clear marketing strategy to create member awareness for purchase and refinance opportunities; demonstrating consistent member engagement throughout the process; and demonstrating consistent engagement with the CU Select Team by following processes and best practices that ensure compliance and member satisfaction.

Recognizes a Credit Union that has achieved outstanding results in their efforts around Government lending strategies. When applying for this award, your Credit Union should have a clear strategy and tactics related to increasing government loan volume, including FHA, VA and USDA loans, and achieved meaningful results.

Recognizes a Credit Union for its commitment to adopting and utilizing myCUmortgage’s servicing solutions. When applying for this award, your Credit Union should demonstrate broad adoption of servicing offerings, integration of servicing technology and meaningful utilization of member servicing tools.
Purpose of the Award:
Tim Mislansky served as President of myCUmortgage for 18 years. When he moved on to become Chief Strategy Officer and later President of Wright-Patt Credit Union in 2019, the myCUmortgage Leadership Team honored him by creating the Annual Tim Mislansky Belief Award. Tim’s greatest strength is “belief”: enduring core values that give his life direction at work, at home and in his community. As the highest honor that myCUmortgage bestows on an individual, this award is presented once a year at the Annual Partner Conference. The recipient will be a Partner Credit Union employee associated in some way with mortgage lending who follows Tim’s lead by demonstrating that they live their core values at work, at home and in their community.
